Please remove items from the carpet or the designated area that will be cleaned prior to the Technician(s) arrival. Our Technician(s) will assist with moving furniture or items up to 25 lbs; otherwise, they will work around items heavier than 25 lbs.

We are a mobile service, and like many other mobile services, we provide a 2-hour appointment window for when the Technician(s) will arrive. You are required to be present at the service address during your appointment window. The Technician(s) will only wait up to 15 minutes if you are not present.
*Example:* If your appointment window is 09:00 am – 11:00 am, the Technician(s) will arrive between 09:00 am and 11:00 pm, and you must be present during this time. The Technician(s) will wait up to 15 minutes; if you are not present, they will leave.
We utilize the “professional hot water extraction” method of cleaning, which involves washing and rinsing the carpet. This is considered the most dependable method for getting your carpets as clean as possible. Our experienced Technician(s) will help you determine which cleaning method would work best for your carpet. We use only non-toxic cleaning agents that are safe for your home and can use ECO-friendly products if required.
We cannot guarantee the removal of all spots or stains. Some substances can permanently discolor carpet fibers, and the age and type of carpet also play a role. Our Technician(s) will try to determine if this is the case before cleaning but may not always be able to assess it beforehand.

Drying time depends on weather conditions (humidity levels, airflow, and the type of carpet). Typically, it takes 5-6 hours, but it can take up to 48 hours. You can walk on it as soon as we finish; wear clean tennis shoes or white socks to avoid re-soiling. If drying time is a concern, please ask us about ways to significantly speed it up.
